Shipping policy

At RoyalmeIn, we want to get your wellness products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

  1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after the order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

Average Delivery Time: 4 to 8 days from the date of dispatch. Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural locations may take an additional 1-2 days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier service disruptions, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Restora is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the package has been handed over.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track the status of your package via our courier partner's website.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India to make your shopping experience seamless. Please note the following for COD orders:

Order Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders and reduce returns, our team may call or WhatsApp you to verify your COD order before dispatching it. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is active.

Refusal to Accept: If you refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery without a valid product defect reason, a restocking/courier fee may be deducted from any future refunds.

  1. Damages, Lost Packages, and Incorrect Addresses Damages: Restora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and take a photo/video of the damaged package. Please email us at [Your Support Email] within 24 hours of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement.

Incorrect Addresses: Restora is not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

  1. Taxes and Duties All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes. There are no hidden customs or import duties for domestic orders within India.
